The Lark Creek Inn of Larkspur (Marin) is part of Lark Creek Restaurant Group which involves 7 restaurants in California and Las Vegas. I went to each restaurant’s site tonight and checked each menu. Following is information for those restaurants which have Foie Gras on their sample menu. 4 out of 7.

 

Lark Creek Restaurant Group sounds like the first contact in this campaign. Either they have the power to determine menu policy or they don’t in which case activists will need to contact each restaurant.

 

Need to find out.

 

In the mean time all, please feel free to write a letter or call and ask the Lark Creek Restaurant Group to take Foie Gras off all their restaurant menus.
