I have a two bedroom/one bathroom non-smoking apartment in a great

location on 18th Street between Church and Sanchez. It has a nice common

area, kitchen and little dining area and a nice view from the fire escape

of Dolorez Park on the left and the tower to the right. It's clean, gets a

lot of light and is pretty basic. Lots of closet space too!

 

I'm looking for a roommate who will not be bringing meat into the house.

I'd prefer a vegan or vegetarian, but will settle with a carnivore who is

willing to not cook meat or bring dead animals inside the apartment(i.e.

cows, pigs, chickens AND FISH, etc.).

 

Unfortunately no dogs allowed.

 

I'm VERY easy-going...no really! The place is very close to the Muni J, K,

L, M and N lines and walking distance from the 16th and Mission BART stop.

 

I'm a 30 yo female professional.
