Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm writing on behalf of Diane Miller, Executive Shelter Director at Farm Sanctuary (in CA), who received an unexpected visit at the farm two nights ago by a sweet, homeless dog. She was near-starving, not having eaten in probably 3 weeks. Diane is struck by how sweet she is and how good she is with the cats - and the dogs. This is what Diane recently wrote to me about the pooch: "she really is a doll......she will be a great dog for someone once she's healthy and can feel secure in a good home. I really can't get over how good she is with the cats... Clyde, Mina and the office cats... she seems to genuinely like them.... wags her tail, sniffs gently, doesn't rush up on them, etc. If you post her, you could mention she's probably somewhere between 3-6 years old (I think- by her teeth), doesn't appear to have had puppies (so might already be spayed actually)..." I put her pics up here http://dmgoud.kicks-ass.org/ (ignore the name of this server; we didn't choose the name). Click on the three "needs good home" pictures. If you're interested, please get in touch with Diane directly at diane. I would adopt her in a second if I could.
