Guest guest Posted January 20, 2005 Report Share Posted January 20, 2005 Hi, most everyone on this list probably knows all the bad things associated with saturated fat and cholesterol, but does anyone know any good things from either? Ie is there a need for some minimal amount? Especially cholesterol since vegans don't normally get any cholesterol in their diet at all.
