Join old friends and acquaintances, make new friends at Mother Nature Vegetarian Cuisine in Albany. All are welcome--singles, couples, adults, children, all ages, backgrounds and food preferences. However, all the food is vegan, and deliciously so. RSVP's are required to my email address, veganliving by 5PM on Saturday January 8th. Longtime vegetarian mainstay Ambrosia Garden in Albany closed in early 2004 as the owners decided it was time to retire. In its place is Mother Nature Vegetarian Cuisine, a completely vegan Chinese and Malaysian restaurant at the same location and same phone number. The owners are Malaysian cousins, four women with many years of experience cooking and serving vegan meals. They use no GMO ingredients, no MSG, and no canned food. The owners are friendly, knowledgable about vegan dining, and eager to build a relationship with our vegetarian community. Look forward to seeing new faces as well as those who have attended the Third Sunday of the month New World Vegetarian Restaurant dinners in Oakland. See you there!
