I don't really cook that much so I don't really have favorites or recipes that I know. Vegan is preferrable thanks. Eric try this. I just made it for some friends this afternoon and it recieved high ratings Put a cup of cashews in a nut grinder (or blender) and make into flour. Then place this in a large bowl, add a package of silken tofu, 2 tablespoons white miso, 2 tablespoons mirin, one tablespoon of sake and whip together till smooth.
