Manzanita Restaurant (and Bakery) in Oakland might open on Monday

Fellow veggies,

 

I heard today from their baker that Manzanita Restaurant is scheduled to

open on Monday, December 27, for both lunch and dinner, pending a final

inspection from the city of Oakland.

 

The place will be vegan and organic, much like the Organic Cafe and

Macrobiotic Grocery, which was situated there for twenty years before

closing one year ago. Here is the info for the place:

Maybe they will have an updated official announcement on the website in the
