And if so, do you think using whole wheat flour would work? I try to avoid white flour as much as I can. Thanks in advance for your help! Guest guest Posted December 6, 2004 Report Share Posted December 6, 2004 I don't have a recipe, but I'd recommend trying whole wheat pastry flour instead of regular whole wheat flour - I think the pastry flour will be lighter and rise better.
