Guest guest
Contact: Brienne Dejong [brienneD] Brienne Dejong [brienneD] As I am sure you are aware, Friday, November 26 is Fur Free Friday, a day when activists from all over the country protest the killing of animals for their fur. This year's protest will highlight the brutal slaughter of seals for their fur and how this ugly trade relates to all fur-bearing animals. Please take an hour of your time to join us in speaking out against the cruel treatment of animals killed in the fur industry. We hope to have a great turnout of activists speaking out for animals who are exploited and abused for their skins. The demonstration will be on Friday, November 26, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. outside Santa Rosa Mall, at the intersection of Fourth and B streets in downtown Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, Calif. Activists will meet at 1 p.m. sharp. As always, please dress appropriately so that our message (not our outer appearances) will be the focus of the protest. We will provide leaflets and posters-so there's no need to bring anything. For more information about PETA's Fur Campaign, check out www.FurIsDead.com <http://www.cowsarecool.com/> . If you have any questions, you can contact Debbie at DebbieC or call her at 757-966-7382, extension 8286. We hope you can make it to the protest. Thank you for everything that you do for animals. Sincerely, Brienne DeJong Activist Liaison, International Grassroots Campaigns People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals 757-962-8355 AnimalActivist.com <http://www.animalactivist.com/>
