This demonstration class is packed with information, resources, tools, food and fun! Taste lots of delicious samples and get inspired to create a healthful variety of seasonal plant-based dishes for the holidays.

Compassionate Cooks, an Oakland-based nonprofit organization founded by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, is dedicated to empowering people to make informed food choices and to debunking myths about vegetarianism. Colleen is a long-time vegetarian and animal advocate who teaches nutrition courses and vegetarian workshops. Her brand new cooking DVD will be available for purchase at the class.
