Myths of Meat Exhibition in SF-free till Oct 15

Inese would like you to tell everyone about this great exhibition.

 

I will be at the reception tonight, sorry for the short notice, even

I don't know how to RSVP, but I was told by a prominent vegan to just

show up. If you are in downtown anyway tonight, just say a friend of

Inese invited you, or look for Sunny.

I highly recommend everyone see this exhibit, " Myths. Meat.

Media. " . The title says it..It is the first of its kind anywhere. The

outer side of the exhibit shows the influence from the Meat Industry

and peoples comments about why they eat meat. The inside of the

exhibit has statements from various people (a female M.D., a young

family, a super athlete, and misc. others including me, the

restaurateur) who believe in being Vegan. This is the artist, Inese

Silina's (a vegan), Master's Thesis Project.

 

The exhibit is at the MFA School of Graphic Design, Academy of Art

University Gallery at 79 New Montgomery (South of Market St., across

the street and down a block from the Sheraton Palace Hotel) Open

Mon. - Fri. 9 am – 6 pm., Sat. 9 – 4 pm, October 4 - 15.

 

Reception on Wednesday, October 6 from 6 – 9 PM. . I would love to

see this exhibit go nation-wide.
