The practice of produce Foie Gras is more humane than it was ever before. ' (ha!) == Dr. Dean Edell, said in his books, he was a vegetarian during the Hippie generation. Even though he is no longer a vegetarian two of his kids are still vegetarian. (I think it's 2 sons) At one of his radio show, (1pm KGO 960am I think), he said before you eat meat, consider where it came from. The meat comes from animals which has feelings. (it blew my mind when I heard it) == I personally think Dr. Edell is not always right, but I have to admit, he's willing to do show to help people and NOT afraid of getting sued.
