An 8-minute drive to downtown Sac. Available October 1. $400/month, 1/4 electricity, gas, and phone; water and garbage are free, $400 deposit plus first month's rent. In Touchstone Complex with 2 swimming pools, 1 hot tub, and 2 tennis courts. Sorry, no cats or dogs. No smokers or heavy partiers, please. Currently occupied by 2 men in their upper 30s.
