Seeking website designer/builder for veg restaurant

The folks at Mother Nature Vegetarian Cuisine in Albany would like to have a website and would prefer to hire someone who understands veganism/vegetarianism. I have zero experience or tech knowledge to create a website for them. Is there anyone on the list interested in exploring this with them? They would like to have an easy to use, visually appealing website that would include at least the following:

Mission statement

Address, phone number, hours, etc.

Picture(s) of exterior, interior after remodeling/decorating is done

Menu, possibly with pictures of various dishes/food items available.

 

How many hours of labor would a project of this type require?

What would the cost for your time be approximately?

Would you be open to barter for meals?
