Outreach/Activism in San Francisco- Get Involved!

Hello folks. I am writing for a couple reasons which I will keep quick:

 

1) As you know we have a display on vegetarianism/veganism at various places

around San Francisco. Please consider coming to help out. It's a great way to

practice talking to people about animal rights, meet other activists, and

brainstorm ideas for ways you may want to spread the word whether it's with a

community, school, or activist group. If you have never tried doing outreach

before, but feel you are comfortable talking to others, definitely give it a

try. People go vegetarian and vegan every day because of us! It's very exciting

and inspiring with many resources (leaflets, DVDs, and flat screen video showing

Meet Your Meat when possible). I would love to train any of you to continue

such endeavors for the future, too. If are interested in helping anywhere in San

Francisco anytime this month, just drop me a line. We have things going on every

day from approx. 10am-6pm and there is no max. or min. amount of time you should

help.

 

2) I have many thousands of extra copies of the following pieces of literature:

Take a look at them online and if you are interested in taking some of these

(free, of course) please let me know so we can arrange a way to get you some to

distribute.
