If you can help, call Healdsburg Shelter at 431.3387 right away. Am

advised the situation's on hold now but no one's sure which way the

fire's going to go. Shelter's looking for people to come by to

volunteer taking animals and people to take animals to their homes for

temporary care (Red Cross does not take in companion animals). May also

need transport from fire area to the shelter.

 

Large animal rescue/evacuations being handled by the Sheriff; call there

if you've stable or pasture available.
