Please join us at 6PM on Sunday, September 19th for a pot-luck dinner and talk by Dr. Alan Goldhamer, co-author of THE PLEASURE TRAP and founder of True North Education Center (fasting facility). The cost is $4 plus a vegan dish to share. ($1 off if you bring packaged food for the Food Bank)

 

Dr. Goldhamer will give a lively and informative talk on how to free yourdelf from food addictions.

 

Held in San Rafael at La Plaza Conference Room (located at the rear of the complex). 4340 Redwood Highway, San Rafael.
