I need a roommate and a sublet or just a sublet

sound confusing?

so here is the deal:

i am leaving to go out of the country for 3 months

from oct. - dec/jan. and my roommate is now moving

out.

so i either need to get a sub-letter for my entire

place or find a permanent roommate in addition to a

sub-letter for the other room.

 

my place is pretty big. it has hardwood floors, large

kitchen, great view of twin peaks, laundry in the

building, top floor, quiet.

 

The rent is 1310 for the place or half of that (well

almost half because the room for rent is bigger then

my room) plus utilities.

i also have a parking space for rent as well for an

additional 200 month.

 

i have a dog and 2 cats so you best not be allergic.

however, they will not be here while i am away. so if

you want to sublet, then a dog might work out just

fine..

oh, i am 32, vegan and easy going- i do not do drugs

or have loud parties and i would like my roommate to

be the same.. but i do drink socially...

it would be great to have a veggie move in...

and if you are interested in the sublet, it would be

great if you were veg too...
