Hey folks,

 

Ready for another fun and food-filled Vegan Food Party? Join Bay Area Vegetarians in Pacifica at San Pedro Park, a 1000+ acre park with 3 fresh water creeks, abundant wildlife, and on Sunday, lots of vegan food!

For folks who are new to VFPs, it's basically an opportunity for folks to meet and mingle with like-minded folks while enjoying lots of yummy foods. It's also an opportunity for folks to try out new recipes (this type of animal experimentation is encouraged!) with the wide variety of foods that others will bring. We really encourage that folks bring homemade vegan foods as this is one of the best ways to add new dishes to your list of "must try". For those new or shy about cooking, try a fruit or green salad. Those are always appreciated.

I especially encourage folks who live on the San Mateo coastside, or folks who are new to vegetarianism or Bay Area Vegetarians, to join us this Sunday. This event is open to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Please RSVP as drinks will be provided and we want to make sure we've got enough.

 

The next VFP after this will again be on a Sunday, Sept 19th, in Oakland at Lake Temescal, hosted by Pam & Roy.
