Come on over for a visit! Marcy Rent: $650 (for both rooms) Private space: 2 rooms -adjoined by a door- upstairs (11 x 11; 10 x 17 feet)in 2 story Victorian-era house; includes sun-room with balcony and two closets, phone (jack in ea. rm.) and satellite hook-up; cable available for shared charge. You'd share: 4.5 bedroom/2 bath house with 2 adults, a 12 year old, and 3 outdoor cats; includes large kitchen, backyard with garden, deck, washer & dryer, indoor space for bicycle; share large bathroom with one housemate. Near Ashby BART (4 blocks), buses; walk or bike to Berkeley Bowl, downtown Berkeley. Rooms can accomodate one or two people or one person with home business/office. We are looking for a non-smoker interested in living in an ecologically-conscious household. We are conservation minded, recycle & use environmentally safe products. Possible to rent for 2 people -or- 1 person + business for $750/month.
