Guest guest Posted August 3, 2004 Report Share Posted August 3, 2004 Thanks to Sunny and especially Joesph Cadiz, after more than a year of trying, Veg Meals every Tuesday Centro Latino de San Francisco Senior Center 1656-15h St/Mission/Julian SF 415 861-8168, staffed by nice volunteers == ,,, ticket for sale after 10:30am lunch starts 12-1pm menu for this month Tu 8/3 Vegetable Enchalada (with cheese) Tu 8/10 Bean Soup (no chicken stock) Tu 8/17 Tofu with Mixed Veg, Rice Salad, Orange Gelatin (oops, has meat) we will Educated them nicely about Gelatin!! The tofu and mixed veg is a great recipe that Joesph Cadiz has given to the cooks. Meat eaters like that dish. Unfortunately, meat eaters complain about eating veg meals even though the majority of the hispanic community have poor health due to their diets. Tofu is the best!
