Vegan lunch benefit for rescued rabbits this weekend

Hi everyone,

 

On Saturday, July 31 and Sunday, August 1 from 12:00 until 3:00, House

Rabbit Society's Richmond Shelter will be having a box luncheon to help

raise money to pay for the veterinary bills of the Hayward bunnies.

 

The homemade vegan lunch will include tabouleh, pita bread with hummus,

and a smooth and creamy lemon mousse (made with silken tofu) with fresh

berries. Beverages will include lemonade and iced tea. The cost for the

lunch is $10.00.

 

There will be tables available if you'd like to eat at the shelter, but

if you're pressed for time, just pick up your box and enjoy it as a

light summer dinner. Please join us and help make this a fun and

successful event! Don't forget to RSVP no later than Thursday, July 29.
