Farenheit 9/11 meets Babe! (Peaceable Kingdom Update)

Hi folks

A few have asked -- the 7/30 SF screening of Peaceable Kingdom is being organized, & paid for by TRIBE OF HEART . Any/all net proceeds will benefit Tribe of Heart ( http://www.tribeofheart.org ) There is a lot of effort/expense in such a huge event (renting a 900-seat theatre, reception hall, promotion, flyers, etc) but it's also a great opportunity to get our message out. Help TRIBE OF HEART make this event a success, and introduce hundreds more to a compassionate lifestyle.

Thanks to everyone who has been putting up flyers, passing them to friends, distributing the evites... I have MORE flyers if anyone needs them.... (there are also small stacks at Herbivore/Valencia and Cafe Gratitude if you want to grab them there). We have LOTS more tickets to sell, so c'mon....

Volunteers needed

The TRIBE OF HEART team (James LaVeck, Jenny Stein and Laurel Guy) is arriving in SF on Wednesday. They are looking for volunteers to help out on Wedn. & at the screening. For Wedn, it's just assembling some info packs (6-9 pm at their hotel in SF, on Van Ness). And, on Friday, if there's folks already planning to attend who could also help distribute the info packs.

For Wednesday, we only need a handful of people; for Friday, maybe a dozen or so. Please email me with your name / tel # if you can help for one or both.
