I last looked at them to get ideas for vegan Thanksgiving recipes, and as I recall the lists were quite active. Another alternative is to be an activist. This is how the world changes: Go to those Mexican and Thai restaurants and describe exactly what you want, and keep going back to the ones that you like best and can prepare what you want. Even better if you can also persuade other McDougallers to patronize those places. Maybe eventually some of those places will add nonfat vegan options to the menu.
