Guest guest
I emailed a copy of Steve's review to the owner of Geranium, They said the potatoe said is vegan with NO sour cream. And the " fish water " is an assumption and definately is not fish. When they say it's vegan it's vegan. Lastly, they took out the Seitan in their menu. , Steve Simitzis <steve@s...> wrote: > the reviews of geranium have been mixed, so i wanted to throw in my > experience, in the hope that i can save people their hard earned cash. > > where to begin. when we first walked through the door, absolutely no > one greeted us or made any attempt to seat us, which set the tone for > the rest of the dinner. Guest guest
I appreciate the update. I've been surprised at the extent of the dissatisfaction with this new restaurant and hope that people may back off a bit and give them some time to sort things out. It seems to take most restaurants quite a while to stabilize management, quality control, selection, etc. and I for one am glad that someone is trying to offer this vegan one more dining option... --Bruce > > sunny_outdoors [sunny_outdoors] > Saturday, June 19, 2004 6:51 PM > > Response from the owner: : geranium: really, reall > bad > > > I emailed a copy of Steve's review to the owner of Geranium, > > They said the potatoe said is vegan with NO sour cream. Guest guest
i'm glad the potatoes didn't contain sour cream, though i didn't think fish was involved in the spinach. it just had a taste reminiscent of a fishy flavor. glad to know i wasn't fed anything non-vegan, however.
