and Mariner's Is Blvd. The complex is located around a stream ideal for boating

or jetskiing. There is a beach

area near the stream, a docking station as well as a swimming pool. The

apartment is located on the first

floor. It will be fully furnished with cable tv, high speed internet, vcr, dvd

player, music system etc for

general use. The kitchen, fridge, microwave and a rather large pantry room are

open to you as long as you the

items are veg*n. Just across the street from the complex is a beautiful trail by

the bay ideal for biking,

rollerblading and walking/jogging.

 

The room could be leased month to month. Deposit one month's rent, and one month

notice to leave would be nice.

All utilities paid for including high-speed internet, cable tv etc. An ideal fit

would be veg*n professional,
