Guest guest Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 Hi Everyone, Colleen Patrick-Goudreau did a cooking class this past weekend, and I subbed for Lori Patotzka, who usually assists. It's been a while since I attended one and so I was reminded again that these are really wonderful opportunities. Good food is the great persuader and I'm just thinking how lucky we are that these classes are available. They're jam-packed with information and know-how. Do recommend them to anyone who's interested in plant-based eating. (Seems like more folks are interested right now, probably because of Super Size.)
