Guest guest
this is a heads up to anyone considering opening a new veggie restaurant in sf: noe valley currently has no vegetarian or vegan restaurants, yet the neighborhood is home to upper middle class, health conscious singles and families. yoga studios and alternative medicine centers blanket the neighborhood. city law enacted 20 years ago prevents new restaurants from opening on 24th street in noe valley (unless they bought out an existing restaurant), but now neighborhood residents are strongly in favor of changing these laws. now that retail spaces have been opening up in the neighborhood, this is an excellent opportunity for a veggie entrepreneur to fill an overlooked gap in the market for veggie dining in san francisco. -- steve simitzis : /sim' - i - jees/ pala : saturn5 productions www.steve.org : 415.282.9979 hath the daemon spawn no fire?
