Hi folks,

-Looking to get more involved with the local vegetarian community?

-Want to volunteer and spread the word about vegetarianism?

-Want to learn more about Bay Area Vegetarians and our current projects?

Then attend Bay Area Vegetarians volunteer orientation and dinner on Thursday, May 27th at 6:30 pm.

Learn more about us, what we need help with, how you can help, and brainstorm on activities and projects.

The best volunteer experiences are -meaningful-develop new skills-enjoyable

-develop new friendships

We want to help you find an activity that helps us help the animals, the environment & spread the word about the healthy benefits of plant-based eating.

Sound good? Then please join us!

When: Thurs., 5/27 at 6:30 pm

Where: Shangri-La Vegetarian Restaurant, 2026 Irving Street (near 21st), SF (they have a big round table which makes conversation very easy)

Please email us to let you know you'll be attending, and feel free to share any information about your interests or ideas to help us prepare. Additionally, if you can't make this date/time but want to get involved, please let us know.

Join us... in creating a veg-friendly Bay Area!

Cheers,

Tammy & Chris
