We have 2 dogs, so you must be okay with doggies. The apartment is furnished, has a great backyard, basement with washer/dryer and lots of storage. We are both very laid-back, but have full time jobs and are not party monsters. We would love to have the room rented asap, as the roommate who is leaving will be gone June 1st.
