Foie Gras Cruelty Protest

 

Saturday, March 27

Time: 6 PM

Location: The Dining Room, 1602 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo

 

Info: In response to recent activist efforts to ban foie gras cruelty in

California, Chef Jon Sears is spitefully hosting a foie gras dinner at his

restaurant, the Dining Room, in San Mateo. Sears’ cynical dinner menu for the

night includes dishes such as 'Foiellywood,' 'John Burton's Sweet & Sour Foie

Gras,' and 'Shawshank Foie.'

 

Join us for leafleting and video screening against the sale and production of
