Guest guest
Urgent: Locally Rescued Dog Faces Death Martinez, CA—Taunted by teenagers and neglected by his guardians, a one-year-old pit bull was rescued this week locally. This affectionate and intelligent canine, who was the victim of continuous chaining, is seeking a stable, loving home immediately. In the San Francisco Bay Area, over 5,000 dogs were euthanized in 2003. Nearly half of all dogs surrendered are pit bulls or pit mixes. Pit bulls are consistently put down in shelters across the Bay Area. Given the current situation, this lovable pit bill cannot be surrendered at a local humane agency.
