Ski trip to South Lake Tahoe this Fri, 3/19 to Sun, 3/21

Hi everyone,

I rented a house with a hot tub at South Lake Tahoe for this weekend. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths--the description says 3 queen beds and one full bed, but the photo on the website shows that one of the rooms has a bunk bed. I believe it will fit 8 people comfortably. The rental cost is about $70 per person if 8 people were to share the total costs, and about $80 if there are only 7 people (couple is $140-$160 per room). Let me know if you are interested by Wednesday evening. I will be driving and our car can take one more person. Also let me know if you don’t mind sharing a bed with another person.

I like this trip to be a relaxing trip for everyone, so I will only be coordinating the Saturday night dinner. Here’s my idea for the menu:

Roasted whole garlic bulbs and olive bread

Salad with mushrooms over greens

Stir-fry veggies over pasta

Dessert: vegan chocolate cake

I will assign several people to bring some drinks once I know who will be coming. I will get back to you all by Thursday.
