Informal vegan lunch in Berkeley Sunday 3/14 (and optional concert)

Hi everyone,

This coming sunday (3/14) I'll be hosting an informal lunch party at Long

Life Veggie House in Berkeley (on University at shattuck)... We'll meet

there at 1:00pm and have lunch plates (very good deal, under $5) or some

other goodie.

General directions to long life veggie house: take BART to downtown berkeley

station, go out and walk north on shattuck to university, then cross

university and stroll right (east) on university. 2129 University Ave.

Please RSVP by saturday evening so I know how many to expect.

Look for me, I'll be wearing my fuzzy red scarf in case we haven't met

before.

(After lunch anyone who wants, we'll stroll over to Berkeley Community

Theater for the Main Event -- the concert at 2:30pm. Virtuoso Chris Gorsuch

will be playing a concert on our magnificent unit orchestra, 35 tons of

musical hardware maintained by volunteers and restored to museum quality.

He'll play a variety of music -- movie music, symphonic, jazz, and

historical pop. It is going to be a lot of fun and guaranteed to make your

toes tap. $12 and well worth it. possible backstage tour afterward?)
