Guest guest
Since the topic came up of Ma Po Tofu restaurants, I have been wanting to get some. Ahh, the power of suggestion. Does anyone have a good vegan recipe for it so I can try it at home? -Scott
Guest guest
Hi Scott, I found a great Ma Po Tofu recipe about four years ago in this awesome bilingual chinese/english cookbook called " Simply Vegetarian " . I got the cookbook at Costco of all places! Anyhow, it's chock-full of great and easy veg*n recipes (most vegan). You can get the book on amazon: http://tinyurl.com/2fuot Here's a link to the Ma Po Tofu recipe: http://tinyurl.com/ywh4e (FYI: 200KB color pdf) -Josh Scott Weintraub wrote: > Since the topic came up of Ma Po Tofu restaurants, I have been > wanting to get some.
