Looking for a rich vegan to move into our veg house!

Hey there,

I have a vacancy in our great 4-bedroom, 2-story house in the Haight. It's

got hard wood floors, a fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apt.,

bay windows, eat-in kitchen, 2-1/2 bathrooms (for 4 people), DSL, high

ceilings....It's a great place. The room is big and is upstairs, so you have

lots of privacy. It's got a funky shape that you'll probably either love or

hate. (The room has a turret.) You'll see....

 

We're in a great location too, right near Buena Vista Park. This is a quiet,

residential stretch of the Haight but is also just a few blocks away from

all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also got great public

transportation access--the 6, 7, and 71 stop right in front of the house,

and the 22, 43, J, and N are a 5 or 10 minute walk, respectively. Parking's

not that bad because the park is right here (meaning lots of spaces around

it and that the area isn't as densely populated with people), and the DMV is

only a couple of blocks away, so is perfect for overnight parking in a

pinch. (Rare.)

 

The room is $825--out of most people's price ranges, I know!--but it's a

great place and location. And did I mention we have laundry and a dishwasher

in the apt?

 

We also have a dog and a cat--both really cute and sweet and well-behaved.

They're always down for making new human friends and might be open to a

feline or canine housemate as well.
