Veg 101 will provide information on simple, positive choices that people can make to adopt a plant-based diet. The workshop will address factory farming, social justice, meat's effect on the environment, the health benefits of vegetarianism, and how people can easily make compassion a part of their daily lives. Admission is free, but please bring cash for a delicious lunch. If you're already vegetarian, please bring a friend who might otherwise not attend.
