PETA Demonstration in San Francisco

 

Hi, this is Lisa at PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals,

and I'm writing to invite you to join us in passing out " emergency "

Vegetarian Starter Kits in front of Tad's Steakhouse at 120 Powell

Street, near Union Square in San Francisco, on Wednesday, December 31st

from 12 noon sharp to 1:00 pm. We'll have our " cow " with a sign reading,

" It's Mad to Eat Meat!, " and we'll be reminding the lunchtime crowd and

holiday shoppers and tourists that, in light of the cruel treatment of

animals raised for food and the health risks of meat consumption, the

best resolution they can make in the new year is to go vegetarian!
