VIVA!USA fundraiser -- thank you!

Hi all,

 

We would like to thank folks who joined us in supporting Viva!! It was so

wonderful to see our community pull together to support them. We would like

to give a special thanks to Nicole & Regina, as well as another special

friend, for helping us create the $2,000 matching fund.

 

With help from many other kind and thoughtful supporters, we have matched

$2000 in community donations, and raised as of today a total of $4,560 for

Viva! This has exceeded our expectations and we are happy to be part of this

community of caring and compassionate folks.

Bay Area Vegetarians will continue to support and work with Viva! and other

local groups promoting vegetarianism and animal rights. If you're

interested in brainstorming or getting more involved with these efforts,

we'd love to hear from you.

(www.BayAreaVeg.org) who, after hearing the news of Viva!USA's need for

additional financial assistance, stepped up and raised over $4,000 to allow

us to continue our efforts for the animals.

 

The support of activists around the bay area will allow Viva!USA to breathe

a bit easier coming into the New Year. It shows us that others value our

investigations, materials, and campaigns and this means a great deal to us.
