Except for the chicken class, there are 5 classes you can take for free.

Unfortunately they are all during the day.

Some of them might not be vegan but at least it's vegetarian. You may call them

if it's vegan.

We all know during the holidays or any other events with mixed crowd, most food

served are NOT vegan. Do what some vegans do, eat before you go to parties or

if you are allowed to, bring your own vegan food or nicely request ahead of time

for specially prepared food.

We have to accept that there's only 1% vegans in this world. It would be nice,

but we can't always be accommodated. It would be nice if everyone can be a

vegetarian (vegan).

I don't know why, at a lot of public events, usually a vegan will complain to me

that there's not enough vegan food. One person even complained to me that there

weren't enough vegan food, even though all the food served was vegetarian. So,

please be flexible.

I think people especially meat-eaters would like to be with positive vegetarian

people. I just want a few selected vegans to be aware, coming from another

vegetarian.... Maybe I look like the type of person people like to " confide in "

plus I am also a vegetarian.

The Cafe Urdaras (or whatever the name was) ,on Hyde Street I just posted,

their hours are

M-F 7:30-2pm

S-Sun 7:30-3pm

small rental space, zero labor cost, friendly service, good food with " special

sauces " , 2 great reviews, is a good step in having a successful Cafe Shop.

They serve Cajin Hummus,, and more..(this is not a vegetarian Cafe, if it is, I

will say so)
