Vegan Meal Service Similar to Organic Cafe

Wouldn't you know it. I just met someone that lives near the Organic Cafe. We

went there for the first time since I first moved to California 14 years ago. I

forgot how fabulous it was.

Thank goodness they will be reopening. I hope that is the case anyway.

In the meantime, If anybody needs a quick Macrobiotic/Vegan dinner fix, my

brother, Chuck Collison, offers a meal service that offers food similar to what

you would find at the Organic Cafe.

His is a little more gourmet and absolutely delicious. He has been cooking

Macrobiotic cuisine for nearly 15 years and has a true passion for it. The only

problem is that he is based out of

Marin, so for those that it is convenient for, great! For those that it is not,

I'm sorry.

A couple of sample meals are as follows:

Thursday, December 18

The cost is $12 per meal and $5 for delivery in the Marin area. He also offers

private cooking and small catering events. To place an order, call, at the

latest, by 12:00 noon either Monday

or Wednesday for a meal to be picked up by 12:00 noon or delivered on Tuesday or

Thursday.

Hope this e-mail isn't too salesy, but I thought many of you could appreciate a

nice homemade vegan meal without having to do the work yourself. The meals

really are delicious and there's

nothing like coming home to one. I've been blessed, he lives in my house and as

a result I get 2 meals a week. Yum!
