People in your life who you would like to encourage to go veg? Bring a friend to Veg 101, an exciting, free workshop, and let us do the talking for you! Veg 101 will provide information on simple, positive choices that people can make to adopt a plant-based diet. The workshop will address factory farming, social justice, meat’s effect on the environment, vegetarianism and health, and how people can easily make compassion a part of their daily lives. Admission is free, but please bring cash for a delicious lunch. If you’re already vegetarian or vegan, please bring a friend who might otherwise not attend.
