A few people have written me asking for the Soy Nog recipe we'll be using at

this Saturdays VFP.

It's very very easy to make. Just drop all the ingredients in a blender and

zap.

1 12oz pack of silken tofu (Firm Mori-Nu)

2 Cups of vanilla soy milk (I used organic Silk)

1 Tbs vanilla extract

1/4 sugar

1 Tsp Rum or Imitation Rum

Nutmeg to taste

Total prep time 30 seconds.

Enjoy

Oops. Thanks for pointing it out. Yes 1 Tsp of vanilla :-)

The Rum extract I used is very concentrated, but if you're using real rum

you'd probably need a lot more as you suggest.

Take care

Thanks for the recipe. One question:

> 1 Tbs vanilla extract

Don't you mean 1 " tsp " ?

One TABLESPOON is more than what I use for making 3

loaves of banana bread for a recipe with eight bananas

and 5 cups of flour, etc!

> 1 Tsp Rum or Imitation Rum

Maybe you meant the TABLESPOON for the RUM!

I would recommend at least TWO! :)
