Guest guest
Hay, VERY few of you RSVP'd for the Bay Leaf dinner. What gives? I know some of you are planning on going because I've talked to you. It's not mandatory, but PLEASE RSVP if you are planning to come so we know how many people to expect. This is your chance to show your appreciation for one of the only ENTIRELY VEGAN AND ORGANIC restaurants in the south bay. There are precious few vegan restaurants out there. For me it is very important to show my appreciation at this time because anniversaries are a time where people honor accomplishments. For over a year The Bay Leaf Café has made some of the best vegan food I've everhad (no lie). I know the success of vegan businesses like this are a crucial part of the whole veg*n movement. Hope to see you there, -Sean November 30, 2003 Time: 7:00PM Location: The Bay Leaf Café 520 Ramona Street Palo Alto, CA 94301 Please RSVP to: RSVP Evite Link: http://www.evite.com/pages/gt/events/view.jsp? event=MKHACFQREXOEKZKCLSRF For questions regarding this event please contact: Sean Gillis, Event Coordinator sean 408-261-9425
Guest guest
Just wanted to second Sean's plea for folks to please RSVP today for the dinner tomorrow night--or try to make it to Bay Leaf on your own as soon as possible. I have only been there once, but I thought the food was really good and fairly inexpensive. This restaurant is in danger of closing and really needs the veg community's support! If any one from the East Bay is interested in carpooling, we will be going from San Leandro and picking up one person in Hayward and we can take a couple more people if interested.
