cruelly and unnecessarily killed for fur. Hope to see you at Neiman

Please join us for Fur Free Friday!

 

Every year, the day after Thanksgiving is nationally

recognized as Fur Free Friday, a day when activists across the country speak

out against the brutal killing of millions of animals for their fur. On the

busiest shopping day of the year, shoppers are urged to consider the

injustice of animals being anally electrocuted or caught in leg-hold traps

to be killed so unnecessarily. This year, there will be a peaceful vigil

outside notorious fur retailers Neiman " Carcass " and Saks.

Please join us!

 

When: Friday, November 28, 12 noon - 3:00pm

Where: Meet in front of Neiman " Carcass " on the corner of

Stockton & Geary in San Francisco's Union Square

 

We also encourage you to contact retailers that sell fur

(see a list of the " dirty dozen " with their contact information at:

http://www.furkills.org/wycd.html ) and to write letters to the editors of

local papers about Fur Free Friday and the unnecessary cruelty of fur.
