Urgent: 2 lovely kitties need home/s

Hello all, please help my co-worker Sarah find a home or

two homes for her two lovely cats -- **please contact her

directly at sae200**. Here is Sarah's description

and circumstances:

 

Babou is a healthy, fixed & vaccinated, female black

and white cat, appx. 2 1/2 years old, adopted from the

SFSPCA. She has a shiny coat and bright yellow eyes

and an adorable mew. She is very sweet and

affectionate but she is shy and it can take some time

for her to feel comfortable around people. She loves

to be rubbed and petted but dislikes being picked up

and carried. She is playful like a kitten and loves

balls, toys, yarn, etc... She is house-trained and

has a best friend, Uni, for whom we are also trying to

find a home. Uni is a beautiful tan, gray & white

calico, a very delicate & graceful little cat,

approximately 9 years old. She is also quite shy but

loves to be petted when she comes up to you. She is

healthy, fixed, with all her shots. Uni has lost a

few of her back teeth but has a very good appetite and

both cats eat dry food, very occasionally we'll give

them some wet food. They both are presently

indoor/outdoor cats but have been indoor-cats-only in

the past.

We need to find a new home for these cats since we now

have a dog, and while we thought eventually they would

all get along with the right introductions, time,

space, etc...that has not happened. Both kitties are

wonderful with people and children but do not like

dogs. I don't think they would be comfortable with

other cats either, but I have never introduced them to

other cats. Please feel free to contact me with any
