Enough Protein

Hi all - i am new to this group and have enjoyed reading all the

fabulous answer and question stuff that people post and just the general

information as well. So of course i have a question. or six or seven.

This is my 2nd time around going the veg route. the first time was a

few years ago and i lost far too much weight and strength. I have an

extremely physical job and work out with weights at a gym 4 times a week

(to help me stay in shape for my job) and i do plenty of cardio exercise

too. So i am wondering if anyone out there has suggestion for me on

getting enough protein? i prefer to go the vegan route as opposed to

the vegetarian route. i eat tempeh every day. i do not care for tofu-

sorry i have tried and i just can't do it. i also do not care for soy

yogurt. does anyone have a suggestion for a good tasting soy protein

shake mix? also any suggestions on supplements and on reading materials

or web sites or whatever.....

i am really committed to doing this the right way this time. thank you

very much ahead of time for your suggestions, input, and help.
