Guest guest
Millennium on a friday night, my friend, with NO reservation (not smart) waited from 8:30pm till 10pm for a table. My friend was treating a large group of 9 people. It's definately hard to accommodate groups. Hulu House, SF is busy too. On a Tuesday night, not one but TWO large groups were there. (on 9/28, I will have a dinner there. Boy , you would of loved their Iced Green Tea on a hot day like last Saturday.) One of the best bargain in town is their weekday (M-F) lunch special-#87 Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice for $4.75. The portions are HUGE. A San Mateo Customer drives up to SF every day and orders that for lunch. Cafe Sangha will be at World Veg day. I think the interior of the restaurant is really comfortable looking. Some of their organic ingrediants is right from their own garden. According to Veg New, Roxanne broke even after one year. The 2nd year they donated $350k profits to charity. wow, every newspaper should write about this great news. Organic Cafe finally redid their floors. Nice new chairs were place 3 months ago. They still have the greatest bargain buffet. If you are Living Foods, maybe they can serve you unlimited salad. All their salad dressings are HOMEMADE. signature: World Veg Day, Oct 4, http://sfvs.org/wvd2003/welcome.html free dinner and t-shirt for volunteers click on volunteer http://www.bayareaveg.org / http://www.vegdining.com http://www.sfvs.org Living Foods: SFLivingFoods/ due to my high amount of emails, I am unable to answer everyone's emails on vegetarian questions.
