Penninsula Housing Needed

Hi!

 

I am a 26 year old professional female looking to rent a room in a house (not

interested in renting a room in an apartment). Ideally, I would like a room with

my own bathroom, but that's not crucial. I currently live in Mountain View but

work in Palo Alto. The furthest I'd want to move is Menlo Park.

 

I am an outgoing, sociable, fun gal. I don't smoke, drink socially, and enjoy

having fun on the weekends. I like a balance between alone time and time with

others, and want drama free roomies. I am respectful of others' space, time, and

needs. I am a responsible person who pays bills on time and will pitch in around

the house.

 

I am a vegetarian (not vegan), very tolerant, gay-friendly (but straight

myself), and generally a pretty chill person. I'm okay with female or male

roomies. I enjoy dancing, music (almost everything but country), reading,

cooking, sports (Giants), being outdoors, and would love a house with a garden

so I could plant some veggies and cooking herbs.

 

I have some nice furniture, too, if your house is lacking. Lots of new Ikea

stuff (coffee table, bookcase, kitchen table) and couches, but I don't have to

keep those.

 

I'm a very clean person and prefer a household that is not messy. I'm obviously

okay with the normal clutter, but I like things to be pretty clean in general. I

am allergic to cats, but dogs are great.

 

I can afford up to $700, but less would be great. If you have DSL, that's great,

but I am not a big TV watcher so cable is not necessary. I'm pretty

environmentally conservative, so I watch my power usage and am pretty big on

recycling.

to move in October, but I am flexible.
