Please contact me if you're interested. Here's the info: I live in a 3 bedroom house & would like to find one person to rent one room of this house. It's spacious, quiet & beautiful. I'm hoping to find a respectful, moderately quiet, mellow, good communicating house-mate to share this nice living space. The house is about 10 minutes walking distance from College Ave. & BART in Rockridge (great location!). There's no washer/dryer, but there's a laundromat 3 blocks away. Current house-mate is moving out around October 15, so it'll be available November 1, 2003. I'm hoping to sign a 6 or 9 month lease with the new house-mate & the lease term or month-month is negotiable after that. It'd be great to find someone with a schedule that is relatively compatible with mine. I'd also love to live with another vegan or vegetarian, but that's not crucial. I absolutely do not want anyone who does drugs & I'd prefer someone who does not drink alcohol or not very much. I live a very healthy lifestyle & prefer similar in a house-mate. If you're not all of this, but you're very respectful & know how to communicate well, then definitely drop me a line, anyhow. About me: I'm female, vegan, quiet, professional & considerate. I like the outdoors, yoga & am not home often. I work a normal work week (M-F 9am-5pmish) & have many activities which take me out of the house most the week.
